A PLAN FOR increasing TRaffic

Mayor Nadrowski’s commitment to revising the city masterplan creates an opportunity for improving traffic circulation in Bayonne and including micromobility in our elected officials’ decision making process.

The masterplan circulation element allows us to devise a plan how to better manage travel demand, safety conflicts and the increasing amount of cars and people on the road.

A traffic plan, also known as a traffic control plan (TCP), is a detailed document outlining how to manage traffic, especially during construction, events, or other situations that might disrupt normal traffic flow. It ensures the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists by providing guidelines for traffic flow, signage, pedestrian safety, and emergency access.
